We are KC, Alex, and Isaac and look forward to having the opportunity to meet you! We honor and admire your process as you consider making an adoption plan. We are a family of 3 living in Northwest Indiana with our two dogs Oscar and LuLu. Our son Isaac was adopted in 2020, and we can’t wait to see him become a big brother and help foster a connection that he and his future sibling can share with adoption as part of their journey.

Thank you for taking time to read our profile. While you are considering adoption for your child, and hoping to find just the right family, we are nervously waiting to be chosen by just the right birth parent. Shawn was adopted and grew up in Massachusetts and Alex grew up in Milwaukee. We both still love city life and now live in Chicago with our two cats. We know that a letter like this is far too short to convey all of who we are, but we will try our best!

We would like to begin by thanking you for considering us as the adoptive parents for your child. We know that you are making a choice for your child that comes from a place of immense love and selflessness. We would be honored to open our home and our hearts as the adoptive parents and honor your loving choice.

We are Charlie and Laura, we are in our thirties, and have been happily married for 10 years! We were blessed in 2018 to adopt our son Jaxson. We live in the west suburbs of Chicago, within walking distance to good schools. As a family, some of our favorite activities are going fishing in Wisconsin at Charlie’s family cabin and walking to the park district pools and playgrounds. We appreciate you taking the time to read our letter and get to know us. Our names are Laura and Adam. We are a young (mid-30’s), energetic, fun-loving couple and are hoping to adopt a baby. Words cannot express how appreciative we are for you and the courageous, loving, and difficult decision you are considering for your baby. We want to thank you for taking the time to get to know us and are very excited to get to know you through this process. We are open to developing a relationship that is comfortable for you, which can grow as the baby grows. We promise to provide a safe, loving, caring, and fun household for your precious baby.

Thank you for taking time to look at our profile! We are Skye and RJ and we’re from Northern Indiana. Our passions have always overlapped with our choice in careers. While we both started out as zoo keepers, our careers have each taken a turn towards education. After eight years together, we’re ready to open our hearts and home to children. We hope that if you find yourself connecting to our story, we’ll be able to alleviate some of the stress you may be feeling at this time. We hope to have the opportunity to learn more about you.

We can only imagine what it is like for you as you face this difficult decision, and we admire the love that you have for your unborn child. After we got married, we immediately talked about starting a family. As Christians, we believe God has led us on this journey of adoption. We are very excited to be expanding our family and we could not be happier to be given the opportunity to adopt your child. We adopted Lincoln through the Adoption Center for Family Building, and we maintain an open adoption with her birth parents and family. We hope you feel supported and loved no matter where your journey takes you. If you decide that adoption is the right decision (and you choose our family), we promise we will cherish and love your baby, and provide a safe and loving home.

We are Cady (31) and Jack (36). We have been married for over seven years and live in Chicago with our daughter Clementine (4) and our dog Goose who we rescued about 5 years ago. We talked about wanting to be parents and growing our family by adoption early on in our relationship and got to know several kids with unique adoption stories during our years as volunteers, which solidified our desire to adopt in the future.

We are Kristen and Michael and live in the suburbs of Illinois. Kristen is a high school math teacher and Michael owns his own business. We love going on family walks or runs, and yes, all our dogs run with us even our 14-year-old, who is the youngest at heart. As we write this letter our hearts, minds and souls are filled with excitement and emotion. We promise that we will support and cherish you through this process, and are empathetic to the range of emotions that you may be feeling.
