KC, Alex & Isaac

We are KC, Alex, and Isaac and look forward to having the opportunity to meet you! We honor and admire your process as you consider making an adoption plan. We are a family of 3 living in Northwest Indiana with our two dogs Oscar and LuLu. Our son Isaac was adopted in 2020, and we can’t wait to see him become a big brother and help foster a connection that he and his future sibling can share with adoption as part of their journey.

I would like to begin with a very heartfelt thank you for making the courageous choice to consider adoption and for taking the time to get to know me. My name is Karen. In that spirit, I have long wanted to become a mom through adoption. I come from an extraordinarily loving and supportive community of family and friends and would feel very privileged to have the opportunity to give a child all the love I have received. I look forward to sharing visits to area museums, trips to the theater and Grant Park, and so much more.

Lindsay, Dan, Isaac, Eli, Thea

We are Lindsay, Dan, Isaac, Eli, and Thea! Having been through adoption before, we know that this is not easy but can have a wonderful outcome for all involved. We have learned that every situation is unique, and we are happy to listen to your story and develop a relationship that feels comfortable to you. We are excited to start a new adoption journey, and we can’t wait to add to our family. It has been our greatest joy to become parents, and we have so much love to share with another child.

Alex and Shawn

Thank you for taking time to read our profile. While you are considering adoption for your child, and hoping to find just the right family, we are nervously waiting to be chosen by just the right birth parent. Shawn was adopted and grew up in Massachusetts and Alex grew up in Milwaukee. We both still love city life and now live in Chicago with our two cats. We know that a letter like this is far too short to convey all of who we are, but we will try our best!

Paul and Mike

We would like to begin by thanking you for considering us as the adoptive parents for your child. We know that you are making a choice for your child that comes from a place of immense love and selflessness. We would be honored to open our home and our hearts as the adoptive parents and honor your loving choice.

Laura, Charlie, and Jaxson

We are Charlie and Laura, we are in our thirties, and have been happily married for 10 years! We were blessed in 2018 to adopt our son Jaxson. We live in the west suburbs of Chicago, within walking distance to good schools. As a family, some of our favorite activities are going fishing in Wisconsin at Charlie’s family cabin and walking to the park district pools and playgrounds. We appreciate you taking the time to read our letter and get to know us. If you do us the greatest honor of placing your baby with us, we promise to maintain an open communication with you, if that is your wish

Grace and Shawn

Thank you for reading our letter. We can’t begin to express the immense gratitude we feel at this stage in the adoption process. We’re Grace and Shawn from Chicago and we would like to share a little about our life and how honored we would feel if we had the opportunity to raise your child. Our ethnic backgrounds have defined who we are, and we want to instill that in our child by creating an environment where they can explore their culture and know who and where they come from.

Paula, Nissan, Alexander and Angelina

We are Paula, Nissan, Alexander, and Angelina, a loving interracial family! We are so excited to expand our family! Alexander joined our family through adoption at birth in July 2012 and Angelina joined our family through adoption at birth in September 2015. We are so glad that our paths are crossing, and we hope that our story can offer you a glimpse of hope during this difficult time. If you choose us to be part of your path, we promise your baby will have a happy and safe life that is full of love and fun.

Michelle and Bronwyn

We are Michelle and Bronwyn and we live in Chicago. Michelle grew up in Houston, Texas and Bronwyn in a rural area of South Africa. While we came from different parts of the world, we found common ground in our shared values. We hope you’re reading this letter confident of finding the right family for your child. We are writing this letter to you in hopes that you find us a worthy couple capable of providing a nurturing and loving home.

Laura and Adam

We are a young (mid-30’s), energetic, fun-loving couple excited to adopt our first child. Laura works part time as a neonatal intensive care nurse. Adam works in banking and has the flexibility to work from home. He plans to be an involved, hands-on dad. We both love running, and our sweet, friendly dog, Penny. Our home is a safe and happy place, and we will be loving, supportive parents.
