Grace and Shawn

Thank you for reading our letter. We can’t begin to express the immense gratitude we feel at this stage in the adoption process. We’re Grace and Shawn from Chicago and we would like to share a little about our life and how honored we would feel if we had the opportunity to raise your child. Our ethnic backgrounds have defined who we are, and we want to instill that in our child by creating an environment where they can explore their culture and know who and where they come from.

Laura and Billy

We’re young (mid-30’s), active and we’ve been together for eight years and married for four. Billy works closeby as a finance director, and Laura works at the local library. Both of us are college graduates. We like to exercise, make dinners together, hang out with our families and travel. If you’re thinking of an open adoption, we are open to visits, phone calls, pictures or letters. We wish you the best and hope you find the right family for your child.

I have wanted to be a mother for as long as I can remember. After much thought I decided to start my family as a single parent. This journey has taught me that you do not have to give birth to a child to be a parent. I may be single, but I will not be raising your child alone. The entire family is extremely excited about the opportunity to have a new child to love and spoil.

Shannon and Steve

We’re in our mid-30s and have been married for 10 years. We met as kids and quickly became great friends. Sometime later, we fell in love and haven’t looked back since. Our life is truly a beautiful one. We have a very strong, loving bond with each other and our families, and there’s so much more love in our hearts to share with a child. We would love to get to know you and hope that you will want to get to know us, too.

My name is Megan and for the last ten years I have thought about motherhood and envisioned how I would create a family. There has never been a doubt in my mind that adoption is the path for me. If you decide to place your child for adoption, and choose me, I promise to nurture his or her relationship with God, provide unconditional love, surround him or her with a large circle of family and friends, support his or her dreams and ambitions, and to honor you and share your story.

Shannon and Sam

We are an adventurous, young couple in our mid-30’s. We acknowledge the difficult decision you are facing and want to meet you where you are in your desire for involvement in the life of your child. Our promise is to give your child a life full of love and an opportunity to see the world. We hope to meet you soon and are praying that you find the best home for your child.
